On September 26th, 2023, Vista Outdoor announced that it will host an Investor Day for institutional investors and analysts. The event will be held on October 19th, 2023.
On September 5th, 2023, Vista Outdoor announced that it publicly filed its Form 10 registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The filing was made in connection with its previously announced plan tp separate its Outdoor Products and Sporting Products segment into two independent, publicly traded companies.
Post-spin, Vista Outdoor will be rebranded as The Kinetic Group and its NYSE tickeer will be “HUNT” (Sporting Products segment).
The name for Outdoor Products segment company will be announced soon.
