NCR Corporation announced on September 22nd, 2023 that it expects to complete previously announced spin-off of its ATM-focused businesses, which will be named NCR Atleos Corporation, October 17th, 2023.
Holders of NCR Corporation common stock will receive one share of NCR Atleos common stock for every two shares of NCR Corporation common stock.
Following the distribution, the company (NCR Corporation) will be renamed NCR Voyix Corporation.
NCR Corporation expects that “when-issued” trading market for NCR Atleos shares will begin on the New York Stock Exchange on or about October 11th, 2023 under the symbol “NATL WI”.
NCR Corporation (to be renamed NCR Voyix) shares will also begin trading on a “when-issued” basis on or about October 11th, 2023 under the symbol “VYX WI”.
NCR Corporation also expects that “regular-way” trading in NCR Atleos shares will begin on October 17th, 2023 under the symbol “NATL”.
