Fiesta Restaurant Group (NASDAQ: FRGI) and Authentic Restaurant Brands today announced that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which a wholly owned subsidiary of ARB will acquire the Fiesta Restaurant Group in an all cash transaction.
Fiesta common stockholders will receive $8.50 per share in cash.
